D-Marin Marina Opened in Turkey

Dogus Group which is operating D-Marin Turgutreis marina opened its second marina in Didim. Didim Marina is situated in the south west point of Didim Peninsula. Didim is a peninsula bordered by city of Mu?la, Güllük Gulf and Akbük Village on the east; Aegean Sea on the west and South, Bafa Lagoon and Menderes River on the North.

Dogus Holding CEO Ferit Sahenk, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdo?an attended the opening ceremony of D-Marin Didim Marina. Mr. Sahenk announced at the opening that Dogus Group will start construction of their new marina project; D-Marin Dalaman next year.  

Mr. Sahenk told reporters that the total investment cost of the D-Marin Didim is US$75 million. It has been built in 30 months on a land of 500 thousand sqm. It has a capacity to house 1050 yachts; 400 yachts on sea and 650 yachts on land. Mr. Sahenk added that the marina is aiming to have the largest repair and maintenance service area in the Mediterranean..
