Slim girl secrets

With so many weight loss products on the market when you find one that works, You feel you have just got to tell the word about it! Recently I bought the slim girls box of secrets for my step sister, who has been pretty down lately, she has been though some real bad times! Over the passed few years and to top it all off, lost her Mother just before Christmas 08.

Now if you can imagine as a single Mum of two young children and working full time, she has a lot to do! Though all of this she had turned to food as a comfort, and therefore had put on a lot of weight! She has tried to diet but! Without much luck. So I bought her the slim girls box of secrets as a treat, hoping that it may help her as she had asked for my advice, being that I know a fair bit about dieting though my work. So that’s a brief background on how I came to buy the slim girls box of secrets.

When she received the slim girls box of secrets (which came next day by the way) it was packaged like a present! (We were most impressed) on opening the box the presentation was very impressive! And gave the impression of something quit special, and it looked it to, My sister said to me “I hope this works as good as it looks!” my thoughts too.

I did some research on the slim girl’s box of secrets and found out a few things about its creator, Ali Campball who I remember seeing on the TV a few times, and reading about some of his work in magazine articles, and I have to say he appears to be the genuine article. Ali Campbell is a licensed master of neuro linguistic programming (NLP), and a hypnotherapist and has a reputation as a highly motivational presenter, Therapist and personal trainer. He also used to be a professional runner in his time, and is now a life coach to celebrities, business leaders and politicians.

He said to be Scotland’s top fitness guru: So yeah I was pretty happy with all that, and hoped that the slim girl’s box of secrets would the trick for my sister. What’s in the box? The slim girl’s box of secrets contains a well presented 220 page book written by Ali himself… 2 DVDs which show Ali working with real clients, and 2 CDs one which is the core part of the program, and a style kit, which my sister has had lot of fun with. I must say all this for the price of 79.95 which I recon to be about 2 mouths gym subscriptions!

And that also includes full membership to the website, which is full of additional information and a member’s forum where you can interact with other slimmers, and the team of experts that Ali has assembled to help him in more specialist areas within the site. So all in all the slim girls box of secrets looks like a good buy, but!

Dose it work? My sister got her box of secrets in early April 08 and started to use it, she can be a bit touchy sometimes and not wanting to upset her I waited for about 3 weeks till I asked her how she was getting on! I could see that she looked trimmer! But when I asked her she looked at me with a bit of a snarl on her face! “Thanks to you my new work clothes don’t fit me any more! I only bought them in February” Ho dear I thought I’m in trouble, But she then smiled and said “I’ve dropped two dress sizes” She could not be happier!

She tells me that she has used the main CD from the slim girls box of secrets most days and it has changed the way that she thinks about food, that’s in the types of food that she eats and also, when she is shopping she tends to buy heather food, but she doesn’t quit know why! But loves it all the same, and there is no more pile ling the plates up ether; she also feels this is benefiting the children too.

She looks happy as well! Gone is the dowdy down trodden person she used to be! She looks more like the fun person she was before all her troubles started. The slim girl’s box of secrets works! YES.

But will it be a lasting thing! I don’t know for sure, all I know is my sister continues to lose weight, and has a completely different outlook on eating and exercise, by the way she wont tell me how much weight she has lost, she a bit touchy with figures and she tells me its not all about losing weight, but more of how she sees herself, and apparently she has not got any scales.
