- Wedding Event Planner ( Part Time)
You will be an excellent communicator and have impeccable presentation. You will be the hotel and venue main contact for all wedding enquiries and therefore should be truly passionate about delivering great experiences for our guests. You will need to have an exacting eye for detail and your administration skills will be faultless. The hotel caters for in excess of 40 weddings each year, so the wedding planner is a really important role. The succesful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering sales targets also must have some knowledge of local area and Turkish language will be advantage.
The key part of this role is to build excellent client relationships, ensuring that one of the most important days of the client’s lives is truly memorable. You will also drive the wedding revenue through proactive sales in line with targets and have the ability to sell the dream wedding.
The role involves dealing with initial enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings. Once the wedding is booked, the relationship then grows between the wedding planner and the couple, so that the client has faith in the wedding planner and is put at ease during what can be a stressfull time, planning a wedding.
Flexibility in working hours is required. Many of the clients can only come to appointments at evenings and weeekends, therefore we do require the wedding planner to be available at these times.
